GSF Mortgage Welcomes Skilled Branch Manager in Texas

WEBSTER, Texas - May 7, 2015 - PRLog -- GSF Mortgage is pleased to welcome Rick Purkins as branch manager in Webster, Texas. Purkins joins TeamGO with 22 years of mortgage industry experience. He worked as a loan officer, processor, branch manager and also for a title company. He has been processing for the past five years before transitioning back into a branch manager.

Purkins sets expectations with his borrowers about the mortgage process and what to expect from the start. He works with everyone involved in the transaction, including real estate agents and sellers, to insure they are informed as well. Communication is key. With his experience, he has exceptional knowledge of the mortgage process and can notify the borrower of any possible speed bumps in the process.

Purkins plans to host first time homebuyer seminars to help educate his buyers. He also plans to partner with real estate agents and recruit talented loan offers to expand his presence in his community.
