Rosewill Named “Official Connectivity Sponsor” of Press Start Game Festival at UCI

LOS ANGELES - May 8, 2015 - PRLog -- Rosewill Inc. provides over 1,000 Ethernet cables and 350 power strips at the local area network (LAN) gaming festival at the Bren Events Center on the UCI campus, with an estimated 4,000 participants. Rosewill teams up with a handful of sponsors for this unique, bring-your-own-computer event, featuring 36 hours of non-stop PC gaming, from 10 a.m. Saturday, May 9th, until 10 p.m. Sunday, May 10th, 2015.

Along with the data cables and power strips, Rosewill – a “Sapphire” Tier Sponsor – is also providing 30 TV wall mounts, 24 gaming chairs, and 14 toolkits to keep players connected, competitive, and comfortable. Raffle prizes will include 7 Rosewill gaming keyboards and computer speaker sets. Rosewill will be hosting online sweepstakes as well via Twitter (https://twitter.com/rosewillinc) feeds with prizes for fans and supporters.

There will be several types of games and prizes for participants. The Competitive PC gaming tournament boasts $30,000 in prizes and features popular games such as League of Legends, Starcraft II, and others. Casual tournament games and competitions include a paper airplane contest, Cosplay costume contest, best custom or modified PC computer, and more. Tournaments and giveaways will be webcast live on the Twitch Gaming Network.
