GoGoRadio.com Celebrates 5 Years Tues May 5

WASHINGTON - May 4, 2015 - PRLog -- Washington, DC – On Tuesday, May 5, 2015 GoGoRadio LIVE formerly known as GoGoRadio.com will celebrate its 5 year anniversary as the #1 source for GoGo music.  GoGo music originated in Washington, DC in the late 70’s by Chuck Brown, who is referred to as the ‘Godfather of GoGo.’  It’s the sound of DC that has developed a worldwide following of not only the music, but of the GoGo culture.  GoGo music is to Washington, DC as Motown is to Detroit, it’s a distinctive style blended with funk, soul, rhythm and blues with a focus on percussion instruments and emphasis on live audience call and response.

GoGoRadio LIVE is a 24 hour online radio station that broadcasts all types of GoGo music from cool out jams, to bounce beat, to grown and sexy and old school grooves.  GoGo music is not just a genre it’s a culture and GoGoRadio LIVE will be the upgraded brand that will continue its vital role in our culture’s vision and evolution.  We are dedicated to producing quality programming while delivering the full spectrum of the culture to our listeners and communities.  GoGoRadio LIVE is dedicated to continue being instrumental to the preservation of GoGo.
