ProArch is pleased to announce the selection of Bala Paremeshwara Rao Ganti as the Global Head of Human Resources and a Senior VP for the company. Mr. Ganti will be responsible for growing the companies initiative, putting in place a new Human Resources management system, and managing Global HR Teams.

Prior to coming to ProArch, Mr. Ganti lead and managed global human resources departments for the last fourteen years.  He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Adminstration (PGDBA) along with a Commerce degree at the undergraduate level and is a certified HR Professional.

Mr. Ganti’s professional background, energy, and vision will be an asset to ProArch’s Office of Human Resources. His forward-thinking approach to management will improve the services provided by his office and staff.
