Mom Launches Monkey Babble Business To Solve Common Parent Problems

Wife and husband open an online store to provide parenting tips and advice along with their products. They launch with a premium baby car mirror and ebook, hoping to expand into video series later.

PITTSBURGH - May 4, 2015 - PRLog -- When a temperamental new baby with a sensitivity to throwing up on long drives ended at the hospital one day, homemaker-turned-entrepreneur Candace Dyal realized baby product businesses could do a lot better. With the support and partnership of her husband, Adam, Candace is now launching their company, Monkey Babble, a baby products business with an emphasis on parenting advice and customer service.

Monkey Babble has launched with their first product, a premium baby car mirror (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00S6XRRG8), but is quickly building interest due to the companionship ebook that comes standard with purchase. “The ebook is fantastic! [It has] already answered some of my questions, and I’ve always loved the idea of a mirror in the backseat,” said Eric Thomas, one of Monkey Babble’s earliest customers and personal friend.

With an emphasis on making new parent’s lives easier and the transition of having a baby in the back seat more comfortable, Monkey Babble uses a strategy that is largely missed with most online shopping experiences, namely, old-fashioned behind-the-counter advice openly given to every customer. Candace and Adam decided early on that they wanted to treat their customers as if they are family members. “We’ve shopped on Amazon and Ebay and felt like we were just another customer data point. We always felt like there was something missing from online shopping that we really wanted to see,” said Candace Dyal.

Candace and Adam hope to continue adding more products to their Monkey Babble line to solve other parenting problems and expanding their current ebook advice to include a Youtube series and an ongoing new-parenting blog. “Monkey Babble is about solving parenting problems, like our first child throwing up in the car and not being able to see him, and by providing tips and travel hacks for common situations like found in our ebook” said Dyal.
