Howard Stein Hudson opens new office in Chelmsford

CHELMSFORD, Mass. - May 1, 2015 - PRLog -- Howard Stein Hudson (www.hshassoc.com), a firm delivering civil engineering and planning solutions for clients in Boston and throughout the region since 1987, announced the opening of a second office in the Greater Boston area. The new office is located at 114 Turnpike Road in Chelmsford.

Thomas Stokes, P.E., Chief Executive Officer of Howard Stein Hudson (HSH), said today that the firm opened the Chelmsford office as a result of the firm’s continued growth and to accommodate its increasing client base north of Boston.  “This is a very positive step for our firm,” he said. “As we continue to develop client relationships north of Boston, we believe that our new Chelmsford location will be central for our expansion. We’re very excited about becoming part of the Chelmsford community.”

Katie Enright, P.E., is the Project Manager and Senior Civil Engineer at the Chelmsford location.  Katie brings more than 17 years’ experience in civil engineering and site design to her new role with HSH.

Prior to joining HSH, Katie was a project manager with Hancock Associates. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Michael’s College and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.  Enright has successfully permitted numerous projects in front of local planning boards and conservation commissions.  In addition, her experience includes private land development projects along the Route 3 corridor in Chelmsford, Burlington and Lowell.

Opening the Chelmsford office closely follows the relocation of Howard Stein Hudson’s corporate headquarters to 11 Beacon Street, Boston. The firm recently expanded its presence in Boston in new space, after having been at 38 Chauncy Street for 26 years.
