WHAT:          Second Annual Detroit Caregiver Support Conference (DCSC); acollaborative project by Neighborhood Service Organization, Wayne County Neighborhood Legal Services, and Bridging Communities, Inc. (fiduciary), and sponsored by Detroit Area Agency on Aging, Presbyterian Villages of Michigan, Alzheimer’s Association and Wayne County Community College District.

DETAILS:          The DCSC conference is designed for anyone caring for an older adult.  State and local experts and service providers will be available to provide valuable information for caregivers.  Participants can learn about essential legal documents, especially for all aging adult; programs, services and resources available for older adults and seniors, regardless of income; and they can discover how to maintain good mental health for the caregiver and the care-recipient, along with a great deal of useful information.
