Designing Spaces visits Groundfloor Farms, an urban farm in Florida, to educate viewers on how to get their own garden started using earth-friendly methods on April 30^th Show

The episode opens with a visit to Groundfloor Farms, an urban farm in the middle of the small town Stuart, Florida. Michael Meier, Groundfloor’s Founder, Owner and Farmer,gives viewers an overview of the organic and sustainable practices of the urban farm and explains how these techniques can be applied to a homeowner’s backyard for flowers, plants and herb and vegetable gardens.

Meier will then visit a homeowner who has grown a vegetable and herb garden but needs to control the insects infesting her gardens.
