For moms looking to get back into the job world, RecruitmentQueen.com is hoping to make the transition a bit easier.
The Bucks County-based job resource and Website is holding a career fair on May 5 specifically geared to women – in particular mothers.
“As a working mom, I understand the importance of providing job-related resources that are most beneficial to moms,” RecruitmentQueen.com CEO Jennifer Schultz said. “Women who have experienced a work gap due to choosing to stay home with their children or helping an aging parent, have a challenge finding work, especially since their resume lacks recent employment status.”
Against the backdrop of the Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Levittown, moms will be able to have complimentary LinkedIn profile photos taken and participate in various work-related breakout sessions.
Overview of informative breakout sessions:
· 9:15 am – “Interview Tips, Body Language & Work Fashion” – presented by Kaplan Career Institute, Darlene Petaccio
· 9:45 am – “Mompreneur Talk” – Jessica Federman, Mind Shuffle Marketing
· 10:15 am – “Branding Yourself on LinkedIn” – Jennifer Schultz, RecruitmentQueen
· 10:45 am – “Learn More Make More” presented by Gwynedd Mercy University – Tom Maguire

“We are delighted to be hosting the Getting Moms Back to Work Job Fair at Sky Zone Levittown,” said Stephanie Lantz, CMO of Philly Trampoline Parks. “At Sky Zone we believe in active, healthy, family fun so for us there is no better fit for a job fair to assist Moms getting back into the workforce.”
Schultz added that partnering with Sky Zone Trampoline Park is a great way to reach moms in a familiar atmosphere and that the park offers a unique space that will allow for great networking. Attendees should dress as though they are going to an interview and bring plenty of resumes.
