Spowart has five years of marketing experience with hands-on marketing collateral, emarketing and event planning. She most recently worked as the Marketing Manager for Industrial Air Solutions, Inc. Previously, she interned at Place Trade Financial and holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Meredith College.

Dearden has three years of real estate experience. She most recently worked as A New Homes Sales Counselor for KB Home. Previously, she was at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services York Simpson Underwood Realty and holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Florida State University.
