Enwave Chicago Debuts New Web site

North America's largest downtown district cooling service provider spreading the word
 
CHICAGO - April 23, 2015 - PRLog -- APRIL 23, 2015 -- Enwave Chicago – the largest downtown district cooling service provider in North America – announced today that it has launched a new web site: enwavechicago.com.

Enwave Chicago’s new scalable site – works great on mobile too – features information on
·       how its district cooling system works;
·       the benefits district cooling offers customers and the community;
·       Enwave Chicago’s history of growth;
·       customers served; and
·       the latest news on Enwave Chicago, its service area and the district cooling industry.

The site also includes maps, customer profiles, a newsletter archive and quiz questions.

Enwave Chicago started operation in 1995 and this year celebrates 20 years of providing "more than cool" sustainable chilled-water service – air conditioning – to buildings in downtown Chicago. It now serves 120 customers totaling more than 48 million square feet in the Loop, West Loop, South Loop and River North and is continuing to grow.

Enwave Chicago operates five chilled-water plants, four of which use ice-storage technology, to meet the cooling needs of 108,000 tons of contracted cooling capacity. The company has been a part of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners since August 2014. Brookfield is a proven infrastructure investor that owns and operates Enwave district energy systems in Chicago, Toronto, Houston, Las Vegas, New Orleans and Seattle.
