ARIIX Announces New General Manager, Mr. Shigeo Takasugi, Joins ARIIX Japan

Mr. Takasugi’s career began as a sales manager for a major construction company. When he turned 33, he joined Avon Products, where he became the company’s sales executive director and spent the next 13 years building his career. He then furthered his profession at Shaklee Japan, before finally accepting the position of General Manager of ARIIX Japan.

“As general manager, the most important thing is to grow the company,” said Mr. Takasugi, expressing his ambition. It has been three years since ARIIX Japan launched. The company’s rapid growth has gained attention, both inside and outside the MLM industry. “In ARIIX’s first stage, with the incredible support of its leaders, we entered into the direct selling market rather smoothly. As general manager, my commitment is to strengthen the foundation the leaders have already built in order to progress to the next level and help further expand the opportunity in Japan.”

Today, one of Japan’s top national issues is the financial difficulty experienced by its younger demographic. When Mr. Takasugi reached the age of 50, he realized the mission of his generation is to support younger generations. “I hope that young adults have goals and dreams, and that they’re actively pursuing them and I promised myself to help younger generations achieve these dreams.”

Mr. Takasugi is paying close attention to ARIIX Japan’s unusually large young adult demographic. He says, “Many of the younger generations are getting involved in this business.
