About David Maillie:  David did not grow up with a silver or golden spoon in his mouth.  He endured many hardships, trials and tribulations, but he stayed committed and determined to learn all he could about the only profession that would give him a job and a chance when he was younger - sales.  When he started in  sales he saw and met the top salespeople at the company and was told to not even try to be like them and that it would take 30 or more years to ever be on their level. Instead of hanging out and being one of the boys (the water cooler gang as they were referred to), David made it a habit of reading every old self-help, motivational and sales book he could get a hold of at the public library.  Books by the likes of Napolean Hill and Zig Ziglar.  He applied every technique he could find.  Then the magic started to happen.    David within just a few months was beating the best in his company regardless of their 30 years or so of repeat customers.  Within one year he was setting records that no one could beat anywhere and probably won't be beat for many, many years.  Since then, David Maillie has started his own companies, earned a US patent on a product (patent # 6984612), given thousands of motivational speeches and helped coach thousands of people on how they can improve their sales, careers and  lives.  Today he primarily coaches other sales trainers, success coaches and motivational speakers.  He also does motivational talks, and helps out numerous charities like CarolinasCare.org.
