TalkToChef’s Expansion to Latin America

SAN FRANCISCO - April 20, 2015 - PRLog -- TalkToChef as a prominent food-tech startup, being a winner of multiple startup competitions in San Francisco and Bay Area, is making its broad expansion to Latin America. TalkToChef was chosen to be one of the 90 global startups for the 13th generation - entrepreneurial program of the government of Chile.

Winning over more than 1600 applications from 25 countries, these lucky 90 startups will get a working visa for a year to come to Chile and get their place in the world’s biggest startup community to bring their startups into play. Together with other startups for the 13th generation, TalkToChef will receive 20 million pesos grant (about USD 35,000). The further opportunity the  Start-Up Chile program provides is a chance to get 60 million pesos (about USD 100,000), but only best of the total 90 startups will get this follow-on fund to further their expansion to Latin America.
