Former SMUD Analyst, Carnegie Mellon Univ. Grad Hired to Advance Research Services at RIM Solutions

ATLANTA - April 21, 2015 - PRLog -- RIM Solutions (http://rimsolutions.net/)is proud to announce and welcome Jennifer Potter as the newest addition to the firm’s fast-growing team.

RIM Solutions is a utility industry focused research and marketing firm that brings solutions and utilities together to solve problems and seize opportunities.

In her role, Potter will be furthering the firm’s mission by synthesizing commissioned research while working with RIM’s content developers and project managers to deliver data-driven marketing and public relations to RIM’s 30+ clients. She will be instrumental in producing actionable insights for members of RIM’s Market Intelligence Research Service (http://rimsolutions.net/services/). Offered on an annual, subscription basis, it informs product developers and sales teams for solution providers who serve utilities.

Potter most recently worked for Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) where she assisted in the transition and implementation of the SMUD data governance strategy and analytics initiative. While at SMUD she also served as its principal market analyst, project manager of its SmartSacramento team and a customer strategy planner.

Potter earned a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Economics from Southern Oregon University. She currently resides in Maui, Hawaii.
