Dubai, United Arab Emirates, March 1st, 2015: ICONS Coffee Couture, a German coffee franchise chain, known for promoting healthy eating and living in the Middle East, hosted a networking event with Dubai Says Business at their exotic Souk Al Bahar outlet. DSB is a unique networking group, started by Danielle Baxter, which allows professionals to make valuable connections in a relaxed environment, such as the perfect location of ICONS Coffee Couture with organic and healthy food. The highlight of the afternoon was the talk by fitness expert, Rob Donker on ways to instantly improve health and wellbeing. All the proceeds collected through this event went towards Green Hope UAE, a not-for-profit youth organization that supports environmental causes.

Elena Weber, the founder of ICONS Coffee Couture and a former international model actively encourages and lives a very healthy, organic and balanced life. The networking event for her was another medium to spread awareness and support the youth of Green Hope UAE to keep doing the same. “ICONS has always promoted healthy living and all our products are carefully made with the right organic ingredients. I am so happy to be collaborating with Danielle and her members from DSB. I also thank fitness ambassador, Rob, for sharing his fitness secrets and stressing on how important is a full body wellness”. Lara Allegra Lange, ICONS executive chef had made the sugar-free deserts for the event.

The networking event focused on 10 ways to immediately improve health and wellbeing.   Rob Donker focused on a healthy balance between water intake, diet and exercise. He presented the audience with his 10 secrets or methods that can be applied to our daily lives right away giving us a healthy start to a busy day. “Over all wellness is crucial, especially in today’s world of fast food and processed ready to eat meals. More than exercise what matters is what we eat and drink”, said Rob Donker.

Ross Mills, a member of DSB also presented a small talk on financial wellbeing, which went hand-in-hand with physical wellbeing. He said, “Along with eating and drinking healthy, we need our minds to be stress-free to have an impact of exercise on our lives. The biggest stress of all is money and how to manage it.”
