ALBANY, N.Y. - April 19, 2015 - PRLog -- In Focus Brands is pleased to announce that Erik Luhrs, The Bruce Lee of  Sales & Lead Generation and author of BE DO SALE, has partnered with  them on their new EDA Labs’ launch. Luhrs will serve as a Regional Director and  will assist EDA Labs with Marketing and Business Development Strategy  for their clients, as well as, with expansion plans into additional  regions of the country.

Brands’ CEO, Robert Manasier. “Adding collaborative, high-performing teammates is always our goal because that allows us to continuously improve the value we deliver to our clients.”

Thanks to the partnership, In Focus Brands’ clients now have access to
Luhrs’ expertise and systems, Including GURUS Selling, Subconscious
Lead Generation and Persona-Positioning.

Luhrs has been a successful solo consultant, speaker and trainer for
many years, so the move to join his company with another may seem an
odd move. When asked why he made this choice, Luhrs is deeply

“It was really a test of whether or not I walked my talk,” said
Luhrs. “I tell my clients that there comes a time that you have to
grow beyond how you currently do things in order to achieve what you
really desire. I realized I was at the same point in my practice. I’d
gone as far as I could go solo. I needed a team to be able to grow
myself and to better serve my clients. The only team that I could even
think about working with was Bob and In Focus Brands. I have witnessed  their great culture and the hyper-focus on results that defines the whole organization, so how could I resist? ”

So how exactly did Luhrs and Manasier make the choice to work together?

“Well, I’ve known Bob for a while now,” said Luhrs “and I told
him that I had plateaued in my business. I wanted to scale up but was
constrained by how I was doing things. I felt like ‘that’s it.’ I
couldn’t handle more, which stinks because I knew I had a lot more I
could achieve. And I know many business owners also feel that way.”

“But then Bob told me about EDA (Labs) and showed me, as only a good  friend will, how I can take the workload off my shoulders and then
rapidly scale my business by changing how I do what I do. Trust me, it
wasn’t easy but it was the right choice. I know many business owners
are in the same place, they worry that they can’t grow, and they’re
right! They can’t grow as long as they try to do it alone. But like
me, when they are willing to actually let others help them and change
how they do what they do, amazing things happen. That is what In Focus  Brands has done for decades and what EDA Labs will continue to do for  existing businesses. And that is another reason why I had to join

“I think the capper is that InFocus decided to ‘put up’ instead of ‘shut up’ when it came to proving things,” Luhrs continued. “They (InFocus Brands) tested the concepts that will drive EDA Labs. And they used their own money! I mean nobody does that these days. And that just proves how confident they are in the model. Plus we now have incredible data that will guide our expansion.”

According to Luhrs and Manasier, the “missing piece” is the team. As
Einstein said, “You can’t solve a problem with the same mind that
created it.” EDA Labs is the new “mind” that comes in and solves
the problems business owners are too deep into to see for themselves.

With Luhrs onboard, Manasier plans to make EDA Labs into what every  business owner dreams of: A team of highly skilled people that businesses can  just go to and dump everything on the table (the good, the bad and the  ugly) and say “fix it.”

“My skills combined with the EDA team magnifies what both of us can do  for clients’” said Luhrs. “I had to put up or shut up. I  couldn’t continue to espouse teamwork while avoiding it for myself. I
am very happy with this new reality. And I look forward to working with  EDA Labs to deliver this same benefit to all of our clients.”

According to Manasier, EDA Labs has become a one-of-a-kind Business  Accelerator that helps clients (existing businesses) identify and fix any issue, in any aspect  of their company so that it functions smarter and faster.
