Lastly, Mrs. Krebs and Kelly Furbee, VP of HR Shared Services Operations at HCA, will present a client case study, “Adjusting the Plan Midstream: How Leveraging Data Ensured Successful Future Launches.” This session will focus on how the HCA team stabilized operations and revised their implementation approach real-time in the midst of rolling launches to ensure long-term success of the new HR support model.
