Atlanta GLOW’s Female Empowerment and Leadership Program

MARIETTA, Ga. - April 16, 2015 - PRLog -- MARIETTA, GA April 16, 2015 – Atlanta GLOW of Cobb County is accepting applications for their Leadership Incubator Program now through May 2^nd. The Leadership Incubator Program (LIP) is a FREE 6-week leadership intensive offered to low to moderate income women between 16-25 years old.

LIP teaches young women skills in management and leadership, in efforts to inspire upward mobility, long-term sustainability and economic stimulus. Program topics include: Leadership, Organizational and Group Dynamics, Creative and Strategic Thinking, Fundraising and Communications, and Advocacy and Public Policy. During the program, students will acquire effective skills in communication, time management, problem solving, marketing, and many other areas!

The program begins June 13^th, 2015.All classes occur on Saturdays from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.The program will take place at Southern Polytechnic State University, Building A, at 1100 South Marietta Parkway Marietta, GA 30060.
