Caspita! service providing you with Google Contact Information at your fingertips

*  A list of all other existing contacts from the same company;

*  A list of all contacts involved in any given conversation;

*  A warning for duplicate contacts created for the same email address, facilitating your Contacts housekeeping;

*  A handy link to initiate a hangout call with the current contact;

*  Notes that can be added or edited directly from Caspita!;

*  Ability to stream a twitter feeds within the Caspita! window.

Contacts can be conveniently placed in groups, and all members appear in the list when the group name is clicked. You can check out different contacts without having to move away from your current email. All of these features are directly editable from the Caspita! window making the use of additional CRM software redundant for many. This service should be particularly useful to users across a wide range of industries who can use immediately available information about the sender of an incoming email but do not necessarily benefit from the addition of a fully-fledged CRM system.
