NCG, Inc Awards A Top Leader!!

TRUMBULL, Conn. - April 15, 2015 - PRLog -- Over this past weekend, NCG, Inc attended a client conference in New Jersey. There were over 300 people in attendance. The conference is designed to give people an opportunity to fine tune their leadership skills and help them gain valuable knowledge that will help them in their careers.

It was at this conference that Rob was presented with a Top Leader award. Rob has been a part of the NCG, Inc family for the last year. Within that time frame he as consistently shown his natural leadership ability time and time again. Rob is always looking to give himself an opportunity to advance in the company and learn new skills.

Whenever we want to delegate responsibilities within training, running a meeting, or providing development within our company, Rob is one of the first people that we look towards to handle these responsibilities. It is because of this that NCG, Inc awarded him with the Top Leader honor.

Within the next 12 months, Rob plans to complete his Management Training and get himself promoted in the company. If he keeps up the work that he has been doing, a promotion for him soon is going to happen sooner rather than later.
