Rudy Karsan Appointed to CoachLogix Advisory Board

SAN DIEGO - April 15, 2015 - PRLog -- Rudy Karsan, Founder of Karlani Capital and former Cofounder and CEO of Kenexa Corporation, is the third and newest member appointed to CoachLogix’s Advisory Board. CoachLogix is a technology start-up offering a cloud-based coaching management solution for the growing executive coaching industry. CoachLogix considers Mr. Karsan the perfect fit for their Advisory team. As former Cofounder and CEO of Kenexa, an IBM company, Mr. Karsan led the company to its current position as a global provider of human resources business solutions. Kenexa’s international presence spans over 22 countries, 2900 employees, and a client list that includes four of the Fortune 5. The company was acquired by IBM in 2012 to provide a platform for their Smarter Workforce initiative. It began in 1987, when Mr. Karsan co-founded Kenexa Corp. (formerly TalentPoint, Inc.), Kenexa Government Solutions, Inc., and Kenexa Technology, Inc.

Kenexa studies human behavior and team dynamics in the workplace - helping organizations improve business outcomes via human resources. Mr. Karsan joins two other CoachLogix Advisory Board members: Ana Dutra and Stephan Mardyks. As President and CEO of The Executive’s Club of Chicago, CEO of Mandala Global Advisors, and former CEO of Korn Ferry Leadership & Talent Consulting, Ana Dutra has led numerous global acquisitions, post-merger integrations, and execution of accelerated growth strategies. Stephan Mardyks is the CEO & Co-Founder of SMCOV, the world's leader in intellectual property distribution. Mr. Mardyks formerly served as Chief Operating Officer of Global Operations at Franklin Covey Co. and served as its Senior Vice President of International, where he led the global strategy, sales, delivery and operations in over 140 countries.
