Aging Adults Free Seminar May 14, 2015 in honor of National Geriatric Care Manager Month

BEACHWOOD, Ohio - April 14, 2015 - PRLog -- Bridget Ritossa, member of the National Association of Geriatric Care Managers and will participate in National Geriatric Care Manager Month by conducting a free seminar Entitled: Aging Adults and Common Sense. The seminar will cover topics such as: how to make the best of your time with your MD, medication management, when to move out of your home, and what is a Geriatric Care Manager (GCM) and how they can help you.
