“Customers have always been able to pay by credit card, but in some cases they may want a different option”, commented Charlene Nagy, president and CEO of Confluent. “We want to help companies and work with them to be able to communicate effectively and meet their international needs.  Sometimes the need for translation comes up quickly with no time to budget for it properly, or it may be a large project required for our client to sell a product or service out of the blue.”

Projects are first sent to Confluent for quotation, and if a client is interested Confluent makes the introductions and forwards the quotation as an expected amount to finance. The client can also seek funding separately as well based on the offer by the finance company.
