A young girl's desire to escape her present conundrum may only bring her into an even more dystopian circumstance. Which decision will her precocious mind settle upon?
April 10, 2015 - PRLog -- The sci-fi zine Pablo Lennis has published Rose Gordy's new story, "Ptra's Decision," in the March 2015 issue. Ptra lives in a society where the females do not have control over thier reproductive capabilities. The "greater good" dictates who and when they will procreate. Will she be able to find a way to bear this responsibility or will she escape into another world where liberty reigns? The art of decision making is no small matter.

Pablo Lennis, edited by John Thiel, is sci-fi’s longest running fanzine with more than 250 issues over the last 26 years. There is also an online version titled "Surprising Stories" which showcases original art and informative conjecture.

Author and dream counselor Rose Gordy spent thirteen years of her early life as a nun effectively cut off from the world. In spite of the conditions within the Church, she managed to leave and make a life for herself including getting married and having three sons. Through her experiences in the convent as well as decades of teaching in the classroom, she has woven compelling stories and poems honoring the lives lost and changed forever by adversity.
