3,000 to 5,000 Expected at 2nd Annual Food Truck Rodeo
Sponsorship levels available for businesses and organizations

WEBA is offering businesses and organizations several paths to be ace-high with the ladies and gents as exhibitors and sponsors for the June 5 festival.
Exhibitor space is available for $200 for the general public and $150 for WEBA members. The space comes complete with a six-foot table, chair and tent in a designated vendor area. A limited number of spaces are available, so vendors are encouraged to lasso one early.
Sponsorship levels range from the Sheriff at $2,500 to Cowboy/Cowgirl at $250. Sponsorships must be reserved by May 1 to appear on printed materials. To reserve exhibitor space or to sponsor the rodeo, contact Stu Howard at 540-454-3707 or email@example.com.
Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria already corralled the lone Sheriff level, but the Deputy Sheriff can be hog-tied at $2,000, which includes the company or organization’
Other sponsorships include:
• Rancher–$1,000 — Company or organization logo on sponsor banners, posters and social media; free exhibit space, WEBA website link, five meal vouchers and free WEBA membership.
• Wrangler–$500 — Company or organization logo on sponsor banners, posters and social media; free exhibit space and a WEBA website link.
Southern Towers Apartments at 4901 Seminary Road in Alexandria is once again the venue for the food truck grubfest. Ten food trucks from the DMV Food Truck Association as well as several non-food trucks selling merchandise will be featured from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. June 5. This year, Port City Brewing Company is being joined by Fabbioli Cellars.
A portion of the day’s proceeds will benefit Alexandria students with a donation to The Scholarship Fund of Alexandria.
