Greater Conroe Economic Development Council & Avison Young Partner to Grow Deison Technology Park

CONROE, Texas - April 8, 2015 - PRLog -- The Greater Conroe Economic Development Council announced today that they have partnered with Avison Young to promote Deison Technology Park and the residential, retail, and amenity growth that is happening around the technology park in greater Conroe.  Fred Welch represented the Greater Conroe Economic Development Council, while Avison Young executives Josh LaRocca of the Houston office and Michael Kennedy of the Dallas office negotiated the agreement for Avison Young.  The agreement is unique in that it is a Texas-wide approach incorporating strengths and relationships of the Houston and Dallas offices to reach national and international companies.
