The New ‘In My Diary’ App No Longer Just for Schools

SYDNEY - April 7, 2015 - PRLog -- Working with schools that have been using version 1 of IMD over the past year, the Sydney based IMD team have gleaned invaluable input for taking the App to the next level, making it the most comprehensive, flexible and easy to use communication medium for organizations.

the App is now a multi channel solution, meaning that it is no longer available just for schools, but for any organization needing to communicate with multiple member  groups. Developer Jonathan Staskun explains: “Organizations can create groups that represent the structure of their organization, for example, teams in a sports club, or school classes in a school.  Members or students then join their particular groups on the App , so that they receive only relevant information.”

The user can choose to either view each organization individually, or to select a combined view, which allows the user to view  information from all their organizations in one view.

In addition, IMD is no longer just a messaging and organizational calendar app, but has been extended to include all forms of electronic communication sent by organisations to their members, including newsletters, blogs, forms and integrated emailing.
