SensorBLE develops App for sharing Step Counter results - "share my Steps" on the App Store

TUCSON, Ariz. - April 6, 2015 - PRLog -- share my Steps is a simple way to share step results across platforms. The app currently supports step counters from fitbit® and the iPhone (5S, 6, and 6 plus). Open the app and a step summary is automatically updated to the iCloud where  friends can access it with a user name of their choice. A single screen shows the current step summary along with the chosen friends by day, week, month, or year.

SensorBLE brings together different platforms by utilizing the recent trend of wearable device manufacturers providing public APIs to developers of third party Apps. These APIs give the user the option to share select data with aplications such as share my Steps through OAuth Authentication. Utilizing a public iCloud database a summary of user data is stored and shared with a unique user name. The recent  availablity of these APIs and cloud storage will enable the development of many useful Apps in the future.
