Bill Robbins Joins LandQwest Commercial / Tampa Bay

TAMPA, Fla. - April 2, 2015 - PRLog -- Tampa, Fla. (April 1, 2015) – LandQwest Commercial proudly welcomes Bill Robbins to their Tampa office as a Senior Retail Specialist. Mr. Robbins is a goal setting and accomplishment driven attorney skilled in legal analysis and all phases of property acquisition, management and leasing.  With a real estate career that began in 1976, Bill has served in a variety of positions from Real Estate Manager to Executive Vice President for numerous companies including: Dollar Bank, Kossman Development, Kamin Realty, Dusco Property Management, Westmoreland County Community College, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, First Union Management, Inc., The Cafaro Company and CBL & Associates.

Mr. Robbins has spent the last 7 years as a real estate consultant in the Florida area. Prior to that, he was a Senior Leasing Manager with CBL & Associates, Director of Leasing for the Mills Corporation and the Director of Retail Leasing for Edens & Avant. At Edens & Avant, Bill was responsible for the leasing of the retail portfolio, consisting of over 160 shopping centers and over a billion dollars in assets. At the time Edens & Avant was one of the largest privately-held commercial real estate companies in the world.

Accomplished in leasing and sales, Mr. Robbins is a highly disciplined professional, skilled in, but not limited to, acquisitions, financing, location analysis, asset management, training and supervision. He is experienced in forecasting, setting goals, setting/meeting deadlines and problem solving.

Bill is a graduate of the School of Law and Graduate School of Business at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, holds a M.S. in Biological Sciences Teaching Assistantship also from Duquesne University and graduated Cum Laude from St. Vincent College with a B.S. in Biology. He is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the state of Florida.
