SOLitude Lake Management Announces a Free “Lake Makeover” for a Non-Profit Organization

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - April 2, 2015 - PRLog -- SOLitude Lake Management, an industry leader in lake and pond management, fisheries management and related environmental services for the Eastern United States is seeking nominations to assist a non-profit organization located from New Jersey to South Carolina whose lake is in dire need of an ecological restoration and “makeover” for their “Love Your Lake” initiative. Camp Holiday Trails, in Charlottesville, Virginia, was the recipient of a recent “lake makeover.” The lake was plagued with nuisance aquatic vegetation, specifically watermeal, which completely limited the children and counselor’s recreational use of the lake. A series of water quality enhancing treatments as well as submersed aeration was added to the waterbody and the lake was restored back to a healthy state.
