Service, will be returning to the 2015 Winnetka Northfield Farmers’ Market located on Happ Rd across

from New Trier West High School, after its very successful inaugural year at there..

John Bradley, Owner of Raynor Door Company and Head Coordinator of the Market said he was upset

at Exact Blade because his “garden tools were reconditioned so well that he could offer no more

excuses to his wife for not doing the yard work”.

After the owner of Exact Blade came by to renew for the second season, Terry Dason, Executive

Director of the Winnetka-Northfield Chambers of Commerce, greeted him with “you’re the talk of the

town….were so glad to have you back ….you’re one of the hot new vendors!” The Market is run by the

Chamber of Commerce and is held every Saturday morning from 7:30am to 12:30pm, starting May 23rd

through October 17th, for a total of 22 Saturdays in 2015.

Exact Blade’s owner says “We are busy from the moment we arrive and are the last vendor to leave

every week and usually have to make 4 or 5 deliveries to the surrounding neighborhoods after we pack

up”. He continues with “I’m looking to hire knife sharpeners that are interested in working Saturdays at

a few other markets, with potential for full time opportunities as Exact Blade considers a store-front in

Winnetka or Wilmette.” He adds “...we will also return for our third year at Wilmette Summer Fest.”
