Fremont Hills Undergoes Million Dollar Renovation

The project is expected to be complete this summer.

According to Danielle Morgan, chief operations officer for MBK Senior Living, the owner/manager of Fremont Hills, the community’s Connection for Living’s (memory care) neighborhood will be remodeled along with the assisted living patio, main and private dining rooms, bistro and foyer, library, computer room and resident enrichment center. The entire community will be updated with a contemporary California color scheme and furnishings. Additionally, a select group of the community’s private residences will receive new flooring, granite countertops in kitchens and bathrooms and fresh paint.
