Cubicco Usa Certified Assembly Partners Wanted

By: Cubicco USA

MIAMI - April 1, 2015 - PRLog -- Cubicco USA makes modular homes using sustainable and green products with a modern design that can withstand everything from Category 5 hurricane winds to extreme snow loads. Currently, the homes are being analyzed for earthquake zones. The good news — as well as the challenge — is that the homes are becoming so popular that demand is outstripping the ability to assemble, so Florida-based Cubicco USA is searching for Certified Assembly Partners (CAP) around the U.S., South America and the Caribbean to serve the growing customer base.

“Our homes arrive in industrial flat packs with all the parts required and ready for assembly,” said Mario Espiñeira Jr., Cubicco USA Vice President. “We provide the training and business development support for our CAPs, who can assemble the homes in under four weeks in a controlled environment. The homes, under the Florida Building Code and when assembled per our Quality Assurance Manual, are 180-mph HVHZ rated for hurricanes, meaning they can withstand even the most dangerous Category 5 storm.”

High Velocity Hurricane Zone rating is extremely important in tropical markets in the South and the Caribbean. The homes meet even the very strictest of building codes. The pre-fab homes originated in the Netherlands, and are designed with extreme winters in mind, which is why they are built to withstand the harshest weather conditions from cold climates with up to 8 feet of heavy snow on the roof. With one-foot-thick walls, floors and roofs filled with recycled cellulose, waterproof plywood sheathing and durable cork exterior finishing, the homes are strong and energy efficient.

Cubicco homes, which range in size from 685 square feet to 1,085 square feet, are beautiful, functional and affordable. They are contemporary in design, allowing natural sunlight through impact-rated floor-to-ceiling doors, and can include extras like solar panels, rain-water harvesting and vertical gardens. “Off the grid” living is within easy reach. The homes can be customized and easily moved to another location over time if needed.

“I believe working with component manufacturers would be an ideal situation,” Mr. Espiñeira said. “They already have existing facilities with the staff and equipment, such as the forklift power necessary to easily begin assembling Cubicco homes without having to invest in new facilities. And by using CAPs, we are assuring a high-quality assembled product by a reputable company.”

As Cubicco continues to add to its five-product line, CAPs will have access to all designs and to the design team for Master Planning projects. For more information, or if you’d like to become a certified CAP for Cubicco, contact 1-844-282-4226 or email mario@cubicco.com .
