JTM Food Group Introduces Three Cheese White Mac

HARRISON, Ohio - March 27, 2015 - PRLog -- For decades macaroni and cheese has been one of America’s favorite side dishes, and recently consumer demand for an upscale, custom version of this classic comfort food has been rapidly increasing. Gourmet macaroni and cheese is popping up on menus everywhere, from fast casual restaurants to fine dining establishments. According to food industry research firm Technomic, menu incidences of macaroni and cheese served as an entrée have increased 11.7% for full service restaurants in just two years. In response to this trend, JTM premieres its new premium Three Cheese White Mac.

Three Cheese White Mac delivers JTM's trademark scratch-made flavor and excellent eye-appeal, featuring tender cavatappi pasta blended with a rich, creamy sauce made from white cheddar, Romano, and cream cheese. Versatility was also important to the product's development—it can be served as a premium side, or operators can create a signature entrée by adding any variety of ingredients such as grilled chicken, crab, peppered bacon or fresh vegetables. Three Cheese White Mac is fully cooked and conveniently packed in boilable/steamable bags, saving the end user significant prep time.
