Volkswagen Jordan recently held a workshop titled ‘Maintenance Day for Women’ focusing on developing core vehicle maintenance and driving skills for women

Amman, Jordan – XX March 2015: Volkswagen Jordan, represented by Nuqul Automotive, has successfully completed a one-day workshop for women with a focus on basic car maintenance and driving skills in extreme weather conditions. The workshop titled ‘Maintenance Day for Women’ took place on March 5^th at the Volkswagen showroom located near the 7^th circle in Amman.

The workshop gave valuable insights on common vehicle repairs to help drivers ensure optimal road performance and vehicle condition. The topics covered basic vehicle maintenance including how to perform oil and tyre changes, checking accurate tyre pressure and coolant fill levels, in addition to dashboard symbol identification.

The launch of the workshop follows the extreme weather conditions experienced across Jordan earlier in the year wherein main roads were closed for up to a week at a time. Volkswagen Jordan teamed up with Mazaj FM to provide live coverage of weather conditions for the general public and offer roadside assistance to fellow drivers during the severe snowstorms.
