George Martinez to Moderate Mayoral Candidates Forum Sponsored by NAACP Anchorage

ANCHORAGE, Alaska - March 21, 2015 - PRLog -- ANCHORAGE: US Cultural Ambassador and President of the Global Block, Prof. George Martinez, will moderate a 2 hour Mayoral Candidates Forum titled, “The Economic Forecast for Anchorage”, on March 24, 2015, at the Anchorage Senior Activity Center, 1300 E. 19^th Avenue. The forum is sponsored by the NAACP Anchorage Branch.

The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a “Meet & Greet” opportunity for the public with the candidates. The forum will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The attending audience will be encouraged to provide questions. The Forum will end with a Straw Poll taken of the candidates. Results will be released at the end of the night.

8 candidates have confirmed their participation including those labled by the local media as "front-runners". All of the candidates were invited to attend.

The program is free to the public and all are welcome.
