Boston-Based Online Guitar Lesson Startup Launches Crowdfunding Campaign

BOSTON - March 20, 2015 - PRLog -- Boston, Massachusetts, 3/20/15 — Shred Machine is an online  guitar education startup out of the Boston area. Started in late 2014, Shred Machine is the work of veteran guitarist and guitar instructor, Rob Compagna, owner of the Rob Compagna Guitar School in Groton Mass. In 2015, Rob began planning and building a revolutionary program, with the goal of helping as many people as possible play guitar the way they dream of doing. The first program, an 18 week video lesson-centered program, is called Shred Machine.

With the help of co-founder Matthew Hamer, the duo is looking to launch the program on June 1st 2015, but the goal comes at the cost of a variety of needed equipment. In order to make Shred Machine as good a program as both Rob and Matthew believe it needs to be in order to really help people achieve their goals with playing guitar, Shred Machine requires video equipment.

On March 11th, Shred Machine launched its Kickstarter project. With 3 weeks left, Shred Machine still needs to raise a little over $2000 to be funded. The goal of Shred Machine is to build a company that can help as many guitarists as possible, and grow into something beneficial to both the guitar community as well as the greater Boston community.
