Building the Bridge: A Day of Prayer and Appreciation

Honoring our Nation's First Responders, Law Enforcement and Public Safety Officials
WASHINGTON - March 19, 2015 - PRLog -- The Holy Land Peace Fellowship Foundation (HLPFF) is hosting a regional day of prayer and appreciation for law enforcement, first responder, and public servants within the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. The keynote speaker will be Lt. Col. Consuello A. Hodges, US Army. A Unity Processional leading up to the venue will precede the event.

The HLPFF is extending an invitation for law enforcement, first responder, and public safety personnel to unite with youth, families, faith communities, and public officials throughout the region as the HLPFF works to “Build the Bridge." HLPFF will honor public service officials who sacrifice daily for the safety of our nation. This event will connect state representatives, law enforcement and key community members for a time of collaborative fellowship to cultivate change and promote lasting peace.

The event will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ located at 3456 Pennsylvania Ave., SE, Washington, DC 20020 on Saturday, May 02, 2015 from 12:00p.m – 3:30PM.

The HLPFF is a non-profit organization of civil society and faith leaders representing different faiths, races, and nationalities that believe in promoting the culture of lasting peace through fellowship and public service.
