SAN FRANCISCO - March 18, 2015 - PRLog -- Psyched in San Francisco is a therapy center headquartered in downtown San Francisco and with offices all over the Bay.  The Examiner called the center “crazy cool” and The Wall Street Journal recently featured Psyched’s founder in an article on listening in relationship. The group has a unique focus on de-stigmatizing psychotherapy for the first-time user, busy professionals, stressed out parents and love-hungry couples.  The magazine is now freely available in doctor’s offices, community centers and for sale online as a not-for-profit publication.

Traci Ruble, Founder and Editor, often thinks about how her young life might have been easier if her divorced parents felt comfortable getting the emotional and relational tools they needed to thrive.  She said, “This magazine is a passion project of mine.  I dream of the day when we all see investing in emotional growth as honorable.”  Readers learn how therapy can benefit them,  how to get started, what to expect  and what their return on investment will be.

"With unabashed dedication and intellect, Psyched in San Francisco’s printed, free publication touches upon controversial, salient topics many of us live with every day, and represents yet another milestone in their impressive track record to encourage personal growth in all of us. Bravo!"  -Kelsey Crowe, Founder of Help Each Other Out.

Cynthia Mitchell of California Institute of Integral Studies says, “We are proud at CIIS that our alumna from the Integral Counseling Psychology program is making great strides in the field of psychotherapy.  Congratulations goes to Traci for all her efforts to change the world, one magazine issue at a time.”

“Psyched is doing a remarkable job in providing truly helpful information from qualified professionals. It’s refreshing to find the depth that is so sorely lacking in most self-help articles that have great titles, but very little that is actually useful." -Julian Redwood, Founder of Full Frontal Fatherhood.

Help Each Other Out is a growing collective of people embracing an idea: that being there for others is often easier than we think, it can be learned, and that it matters.
