Goodwill LaBelle Job-Link to Host Mancan Job Fair

LABELLE, Fla. - March 17, 2015 - PRLog -- Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida, Inc. will be hosting Mancan at their LeBelle Job-Link Center (133 North Bridge Street) for the company’s job fair on March 26 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Mancan is a local farm and is looking to fill harvester, packing house, crew leads, maintenance techs, and general laborer positions.

“We like employers to view Goodwill as a resource for new hires,” says Job-Link Coordinator Magdalena Flores. “We work with so many clients with a variety of skills that are looking for employment that we are happy when companies approach us to host job fairs like this one.”

Applicants must be able to pass a background and drug screen as well as provide two forms of government ID.

Job-Link Centers provide employment services, skills training, and family strengthening resources. In addition to Goodwill’s employment-related guidance, the nonprofit partners with other agencies to provide services, such as money management, foreclosure assistance, income tax preparation, and English as a second language courses.
