Pro Boxer Scotty "Bang Bang" Burrell Exclusive Interview

Burrell (9-2) is slated to fight on March 28 at Resorts World Casino in Queens, NY, where he will face challenger, Osnel Charles (10-12). Burrell, who is of Jamaican descent, relocated to the United States 5 years ago after honing his skills for 10 years as an amateur in England.

In the interview, Burrell sheds light on the dedication required to make it in the ultra-demanding world of professional boxing. "For this fight, I've been training 6 days a week, twice, sometimes three times a day," he notes.

Now 26, Burrell throws down the gauntlet about his professional trajectory, saying, "In the next 5 years, I envision myself as a world champion. I see myself in my physical prime and taking full advantage of that." With an outstanding record, agility and power, the boxing world will be keeping a close eye on his progress.
