Amish Mike Announces March Redesign of Colonial Shed Model

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. - March 12, 2015 - PRLog -- Amish Mike is excited to announce the redesign of the New England Colonial shed model. The redesign was done to better meet customers’ preferences and is expected to be beneficial for both the consumer and Amish Mike. Models with the new design will be unveiled at Amish Mike’s store on March 20th.

The new design features a steeper roof pitch and higher surrounding walls, since these shed elements are frequently preferred by customers.

“One major advantage of this colonial shed model is that customers always like taller walls and this already has a steeper roof pitch to it,” said Mike McCort, Owner of Amish Mike. “I think a steeper roof pitch and the taller wall will be very appealing to our customers.”

The walls of the newly designed sheds are six inches higher than the sheds with the previous design. The higher walls are going to be used for all of the New England sheds 8’ and 10’ wide.

In addition to higher walls, which are more appealing to the eye, the steeper pitch of the roof allow water and snow to runoff, which means there is less accumulation of snow and ice that could damage the roof of the structure. The higher pitch and the taller walls also offer more vertical storage space, which is essential for maximizing the use of the shed.

Amish Mike focuses on producing structures like sheds and garages, pool houses, gazebos, and cupolas. Models of the sheds that showcase the new design are being brought into Amish Mike’s lot in the next two weeks and will be ready on Friday, March 20th.
