HRS bolsters APAC leadership team

As air and hotel travel costs are anticipated to grow in 2015, more organizations are looking for effective business travel solutions to maintain budgets and business profitability. Sarah-Jane is an accomplished Program Manager with over 25 years’ experience in Corporate Travel and Expense Management. She has extensive experience working across multiple markets and regions, having led projects across US, EMEA and APAC. Sarah-Jane has had the privilege of working with some of the world’s largest global travel organizations including, American Express, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Galileo and British Airways. Joining HRS this month, she will lead the sales team and oversee business development, account management, and sales strategy across the Asia Pacific region.
Charles joins HRS from Global Travel, a leading Singapore-based corporate travel management company where he was the General Manager for Corporate Sales. During his tenure at Global Travel, he successfully led the agency’s sales and account management efforts, expanding and maintaining the agency’s globalized client portfolio. In addition, he secured partnerships with renowned OTAs including Expedia and Egencia for the agency. As a Global Account Manager for HRS in APAC, he will be responsible for promoting HRS’ value proposition to key global accounts within the region and, managing their annual growth and revenue targets. Charles has over 15 years’ experience in the travel industry, with prior senior leadership positions both in Singapore and China. His background covers a wide cross-section of management and revenue generating roles in the travel industry including, corporate travel management, airlines, airport services and aircraft parts manufacturing.
HRS established its APAC office with the headquarters in Singapore in 2012. Recently HRS announced a partnership with iJET International Inc., a leading operational risk management solutions provider that allows travel Managers and safety representatives quick access to employees abroad by providing tools that integrate HRS Corporate booking data into iJET’s Worldcue® security and tracking systems.
