Plastic Recycling Co. in Texas Seeks Equity Partner or Entirety Buyer for Further Growth

(321 Capital) a private Investment Banking firm, announced it has been exclusively retained by a Texas-based Plastic Recycling Operation (The Company) to secure an Equity Partner or Buyer for the recapitalization and future growth of The Company.

The Company, founded in 2013, processes postconsumer and postindustrial thermoplastic waste materials into clean, reusable resin sold to manufacturers of plastic products. The recycled resins are used in high percentages with virgin resin, reducing customers' material cost and environmental impact.  The Company currently utilizes two pelletizing lines and one wash line to sort, shred, wash, grind and pelletize 10 different types of plastic materials.

The plant is capable of reaching revenues of $8.5MM, as configured; with the ability to increase revenues to $12MM+ with the addition of a new, proposed wash line.  Their 65,000 sq. ft. facility is currently leased with a favorable purchase option.

321 Capital is seeking immediate, qualified investors to refinance, buy, partner and/or invest in this Company.  Significant debt restructuring opportunities exist, making this a great opportunity for the new investor/buyers.  An existing NOL may provide new partner with substantial tax benefits.
