New Appointees Named to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation’s Professional Advisory Council

The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation’s Advisory Council of the Central Coast is pleased to announce ten new appointments to its commission.

SIMI VALLEY, Calif. - March 6, 2015 - PRLog -- The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation’s Advisory Council of the Central Coast is pleased to announce ten new appointments to its commission. The Reagan Advisory Council, with additional chapters serving Los Angeles and Orange counties, is comprised of community leaders who are professionals with practices in estate and tax planning, wealth advisory and philanthropic counseling.

“The Reagan Advisory Councils are vital to the mission of the Reagan Foundation,” said John Heubusch, executive director of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation. “The members help the Foundation promote and share the legacy of Ronald Reagan and the many ideals he cared so deeply about.”

Edward R. Cainglit, Esq. maintains a law practice with a focus in estates, trusts and charitable giving in Westlake Village and Los Angeles. He attended the University of Southern California and Whittier Law School.

Jeffrey M. Zabner provides expert counsel, advice, analysis and legal solutions for families looking to create, refine or update estate and wealth preservation and transfer plans.

Brian Oard is a senior wealth strategist for Northern Trust specializing in helping individuals and families develop strategies in conjunction with their existing advisors to manage their wealth from a multi-generational perspective.

Ken Kossoff advises individuals and families on estate planning, trust and probate administration, and the resolution of trust and probate disputes. A graduate of Duke University School of Law, Kossoff started his practice in Westlake Village in 1998 and in 2008 formally joined with his longtime colleague to form Panitz & Kossoff, LLP.

Mason Farrell, an investment counselor with Capital Group Private Client Services, works directly with high net worth individuals, families, foundations and endowments to ensure proper stewardship of their assets.

J Barnes is an investment counselor at Capital Group Private Client Services (PCS), providing investment management, trust services and asset allocation advice to families, endowments and private foundations. Barnes also serves as chair of Campbell Hall and is a trustee of the Autry National Center.

Juan C. Ros, CFP®, is a certified financial planner™ professional with Lamia Financial Group, Inc. in Thousand Oaks, providing expertise in the development and implementation of charitable giving and philanthropic legacy creation. Prior to joining Lamia Financial Group, Ros worked for over a decade at various nonprofit organizations, including the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation.

William P. Jennings, Ph.D. is a principal at Walnut Oak Capital and a director of the Center for Computationally Advanced Statistics, where he specializes in risk measurement, management and investments. Currently a national director for Volunteers of America, Jennings previously served as Foundation president, vice president of university advancement and dean of the College of Business at California State University, Northridge.

Sean W. Morreale, a senior vice president and team leader for Citizens Business Bank, South Central Coast, uses his expertise to serve small to midsize companies, along with their owners and key executives, in the Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo County markets. A 25-year banking veteran, Morreale has previously held managerial positions at Rabobank, Comerica, U.S. Bank, Affinity and Bank of the West.

The Ronald Reagan Presidential Advisory Councils support the Reagan Foundation’s goals and strategic decisions by serving as emissaries in their respective communities, providing education and access to the Foundation, including The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. The Council Members stand behind the work and mission of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and seek to participate in those efforts.
