Internationally, he was Senior Vice President of Coca-Cola Japan, Division President & CEO of Coca Cola India, and then Group President Coca-Cola Africa and Middle East. In 2001, Don was appointed President and CEO of The Minute Maid Company, the world's leading marketer of juices and juice drinks. He later went on to form the Beverage Institute for Health & Wellness in 2003, a nutrition research and education organization on behalf of the Coca-Cola Company. Don has consulted with numerous companies as a Beverage and Brand Executive helping fund and grow several brands.
