New free service enabling you to ensure those who need to know, know where your Will is kept

For free (and absolutely no hidden charges) you can register on a confidential basis where your Will is kept eg at a solicitor's practice, or maybe at home or elsewhere. You can then dictate who will have the unique password enabling them to have access to this information.

Go to http://www.theukwillsregister.co.uk and for free, it will take you no more than a minute to register the information regarding the location of your Will. If one of your nominated parties wishes to carry out a search of the Registee, he too, with your prior permission only, can search and find the most up to date details regarding the whereabouts of the Will.

To our knowledge this is the only free service in the UK providing both registration and seach without any fees. It is live. The Chairman of the Company, who has been the MD of internationally renowned PLCs is due to be confirmed at the end of March.
