Mother Made Pillow Blankets, The Only Blanket That Folds Into A Pillow!

MANCHESTER, U.K. - March 4, 2015 - PRLog -- Growing up in a family of six girls in Southern Africa my mother was a very resourceful and smart lady, she was always amazing us with her creative and inventive ideas. I am the second oldest of the six and as such was part of the parenting team.  I learned to helped my mother and learn her passions at an early age. I loved sewing, knitting and scrapbooking with her, it made me feel a connection with her which is hard to find in a litter of six.

Anyone can understand the load of supplies that must be transported with six kids to church, picnics, friend’s houses and just about anywhere. My mother came up with an ingenious idea that I have never seen duplicated correctly. She invented a blanket that was soft enough to play on, sleep with or use as a tent for our forts, while compactable enough to fold up into a pillow that comes with its own uses, in the car, propping little ones up on chairs in restaurant’s  and more.

These blanket pillows for kids were a part of our daily lives growing up and it never crossed my mind that they were not readily available. Now as a mother of two, one day I said to my mother in law can you please help me make these pillow blankets for my kids as they are nowhere to be found? We made our first set for the kids while out and about strangers started asking us where we got them, so I decided to produce them for others to enjoy as much as our family has.

Our pillow blankets come in two sizes, one baby pillow blanket for newborns to toddlers and one Kids pillow blanket for toddlers and up.
