Michelin Listed Chef Joby Wells Shooting British Produce Documentary

CROYDON, U.K. - March 2, 2015 - PRLog -- Owner and Chef of the highly acclaimed Croydon restaurant Albert’s Table is taking part in an educational documentary on British Produce.

Working with video production company Etio, Joby is travelling the country to visit all of the wonderful suppliers that Albert’s Table currently uses.  In the documentary he discusses how and why the various suppliers operate in the way they do, why he choses to use them for his restaurant, and the impact that suppliers like this have on Britain, and British food.

So far, Joby has visited Brixham Fish Market, pork and beef producer Huntsham Court Farm in Hereford, salmon suppliers in Scotland and London’s Borough Market.

When asked about it Joby had this to say:

‘It really is quite exciting.  I have always had a very firm vision on food
and ingredients.  That is one of the reasons I started Albert’s Table.  It is fantastic to have this opportunity to share my philosophy with even
more people, and to show them the wonderful work that is being done
here in Britain by producers of all sorts.”
